1. Scope of Service
topoppickwiselayers provides specialized soundproofing layers, modular timber absorbers, and isolation products. Any acoustic estimations provided via our Sound Lab calculators represent standard mathematical models and do not guarantee perfect physical execution due to real-world structural deviations.
Room calculation charts and RT60 predictions must be interpreted as simulated recommendations and should not replace on-site physical analysis by dynamic microphonic triggers.
2. Order Verification & Danish Shipments
All system orders must be checked for dimensions prior to shipping from our Copenhagen warehouse. Since many wood panels feature organic ash and oak graining, minor visual discrepancies fall under natural tolerances.
Our custom timber slats undergo structural humidity conditioning prior to export to guarantee they do not warp when introduced to varying climate zones abroad.
3. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for installation failures caused by structurally unsound sub-walls, poor adhesive applications, or improper framing decoupled assemblies.
Customers are strictly responsible for matching architectural fire rating parameters in their respective municipalities prior to permanent adhesive mounting.
4. Intellectual Property
All calculators, mathematical code, layout graphics, sound simulations, and product specifications hosted on topoppickwiselayers remain the exclusive property of our Copenhagen design office. Redistribution is prohibited.
